Scotland is the home of salmon fishing, famed for its beautiful rivers and magnificent scenery. Salmon fishing on the River Findhorn at Logie Steading is no exception There are so many activities to experience during your stay in Scotland and a day’s fly fishing may well be on your bucket list.

We are located just 15 minute’s drive away from the River Findhorn one of the longest and most scenic rivers in Scotland.

Salmon Fishing in Scotland

If you are staying between May and September then this is an ideal time for Salmon fishing. It is possible to book a whole or half-day along with the services of the resident Ghillie. Rod, line and reel are all available for hire. However long you decide to book for you can be assured of a truly spectacular experience on this stunning river. Sea Fishing in Scotland

Due to our Coastal location, you may also like to consider a Sea Fishing day. So much of Moray is made up of fishing villages and the fishing industry still contributes hugely to the area. Spend a day out on the Moray Firth with Moray Firth Fishing Charters and you might come home with dinner – Fish commonly caught are: Cod, Ling, Mackerel or Pollack. Trout Fishing is also available locally and you may even see the local Osprey fishing with you.
